What we collect
We collect your email address when you join our waitlist or create an account. We collect information about the competitor businesses you add to monitor (their public Google Business Profile data). We collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
What we don't collect
We do not collect payment card information (Stripe handles all payment processing). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not collect data about your own business beyond what you voluntarily provide.
How we use your data
Your email is used to send you the weekly competitor digest, product updates, and account notifications. Competitor data you add is used solely to provide the monitoring service you signed up for.
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the US-West-2 region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@getrivalwatch.com. You can unsubscribe from digest emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
