Service description
RivalWatch provides automated monitoring of publicly available information about local businesses, including Google Business Profile data, reviews, and website content. All data monitored is publicly accessible.
Acceptable use
You may use RivalWatch to monitor competitors in your industry for legitimate business intelligence purposes. You may not use RivalWatch to harass, defame, or harm any business or individual. You may not attempt to circumvent technical limitations or scrape our systems.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

RivalWatch monitors publicly available data. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of the data. Competitor intelligence should be one input among many in your business decisions. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports.
